About the Role

Studio Hours. Big Brands. Real Work. No Corporate BS.

53rd Floor, Downtown Dallas | 10–15 hrs/week (more available) | On-site & flexible

This is a role for true creatives. Not hobbyists. Not corporate. Not clock-watchers.

If you design because you have to—because it's in you, not on your resume—this is your place.

MarketScale is hiring local artists across all mediums—UX/UI, fashion, print, apparel, branding, street-level art, installations, and experimental work. You’ll work directly with our Creative Director and collaborate with a hands-on studio pushing out real client work. Global brands. Fast turnarounds. Ideas that live in the real world.

This isn’t corporate design. This is pressure, pace, freedom, and follow-through.

🎯 What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Designing everything: digital interfaces, physical merch, live event experiences, and things that don’t fit a category

  • Using your tools—and ours—to concept fast and create faster (Figma, Photoshop, AI workflows, and whatever else you run)

  • Collaborating with a tight in-studio crew who care about the craft

  • Owning creative from sketch to ship—without waiting on permission

  • Making things that get used, worn, posted, shared, remembered

✅ What Comes With It

  • Strong hourly pay—rate based on what you bring, not what you majored in

  • Easy logistics—dedicated parking, no commute drama, fast studio access

  • Tools & software provided—or BYO if it makes you quicker

  • Training available—AI tools, design systems, emerging tech

  • Creative freedom—we care about the work, not your title

  • Networking with real players—you’ll touch work for global brands and game-changing startups

  • Studio energy—live feedback, fast iterations, shared wins

  • Zero corporate layers—you report directly to the Creative Director

🚫 Don’t Apply If:

  • You think deadlines are optional

  • You shut it down at 5, no matter what

  • You’re allergic to pressure or allergic to AI

  • You want rigid roles and clear boxes to stay inside

  • You’re looking for “a good fit”—this is for people looking to build something

You don’t need a degree. You need proof you can create.

This is the gig you wish existed when you started out—or the one that finally matches how you work now. If you’re serious about designing things that matter, with people who actually ship—this is your floor.

Apply now. Show us what you’ve built. Let’s make something together.

  • Willingness to work in-studio in Downtown Dallas (10–15 hours/week to start)

  • Comfortable receiving live feedback and iterating in real time

  • Ability to balance speed and quality without waiting for perfect conditions

  • Openness to experimenting with AI tools, emerging tech, and new formats

  • No ego—just great ideas, great work, and great follow-through
